Romanesco Broccoli
Meet Romanesco Broccoli. This variant form of cauliflower is one attractive fellow and hanging out in my garden right now. If you are not a fan of cauiflower you may want to introduce yourself to Romanesco. He tends to be a milder, less bitter companion. And hey ladies, he is RICH in vitamin C, vitamin K, dietary fiber and carotenoids. This crazy guy possesses a mild nutty flavor and is just plain pretty to look at. Cook as you would cauliflower.
